Architectural Control Committee
What needs to be approved by the ACC? Any permanent changes you make to the outside of your home, needs to be approved by the Architectural Control Committee. This includes painting, additions to your home, major landscaping changes, changes to windows/doors, updates/changes to roof and/or gutters, any concrete work at all, etc. See design standards for a more in-depth explanation.

Camden Pointe will consider any color choices submitted for external paint colors, but typically the Sherwin-Williams neutral colors are preferred. (Paint Colors by Family - Sherwin-Williams)
